The Cluster connects oil and gas industry needs with the capabilities of Russian manufacturers, engineering bureaus and service organisations. We help shape integrated projects and bring together the right specialist teams.
Originally established for ocean and Arctic resource development, the Cluster also works with onshore oil and gas, equipment, processing, LNG, materials, electronics, IT and related industries.
Established with Gazprom and the Government of St Petersburg
On 2 June 2017, at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Alexey Miller and Georgy Poltavchenko signed the agreement establishing the Cluster.
The agreement laid the groundwork for cooperation between research, engineering and manufacturing organisations. The Cluster’s development is reflected in subsequent industry sessions, events and projects.
