Cluster VTOA cooperates with the Mentors for Children programme, connecting industrial companies with practical opportunities to support young people and their transition to independent living.

Our social partner
Cluster VTOA works with the Mentors for Children programme operated by Big Brothers Big Sisters Russia. The programme offers individual support for children and teenagers through trained volunteer mentors and professional coordinators.
Supporting the programme
Interested industrial companies can contribute voluntary financial or organisational support, including help with the programme’s premises and rent. Donations can be made directly to the organisation.
Discovering careers
Cluster companies can host workplace visits and discussions with engineers, technicians and other professionals, helping young people explore career and educational options.
Towards independent living
Where appropriate, individual routes towards training, work experience, internships and future employment may be considered in line with age-related safeguards and applicable law.
How companies can contribute
Industrial project teams may support this social programme separately from their commercial and technological work. This does not make the charity a manufacturer or technical partner in an industrial project.
