Message from the Chairman of the Council

Dear colleagues, partners and visitors

The Cluster brings together manufacturers, research teams, engineers and technology developers working on practical Russian industrial solutions. We see cooperation as the basis of complex projects.

Our task is to connect expertise, build industrial supply chains and offer the oil and gas industry reliable, mature and cost-effective solutions. This is especially important where safety, performance and technological independence are essential.

We welcome cooperation with Russian manufacturers, research institutions, major industrial customers, investors and partners. Cluster projects may grow both in Russia and internationally.

We invite companies with technologies, engineering capabilities and manufacturing capacity to share their expertise and help develop new solutions for the oil and gas industry.
