1. Controller and consent
By actively ticking the separate consent checkbox and submitting a website form, I freely consent to the processing described below by Association “Cluster of High-Tech Solutions for the Development of the World Ocean and Arctic Resources” (Russian taxpayer ID 7801652280, state registration No. 1187800005095), contact email: info@arcwocluster.ru. This is not consent to advertising or public disclosure.
2. Personal data
My name, job title, organisation, business email, phone number, professional experience and capabilities, the enquiry text and any information I voluntarily provide. A company application may also include my details as a contact person or authorised signatory. I will not include passport, health, biometric or other sensitive information in a general form.
3. Purposes
To register and review my request, contact me, clarify capabilities or industrial needs, assess a Cluster membership application, prepare related documents and coordinate the matter I have submitted.
4. Operations and duration
I consent to collection, recording, storage, updating, use, authorised disclosure where lawfully permitted, restriction and deletion, using automated or manual processing. Consent applies until the purposes are fulfilled or I withdraw it, except where another legal ground applies.
5. Withdrawal
I may withdraw consent by emailing info@arcwocluster.ru. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing carried out before it is received, or processing required by another lawful ground.
6. Confirmation
My active checkbox selection and form submission record consent. The private enquiry record stores the submission time, language and consent version. Consent does not authorise the automatic publication of my data or their use for advertising.
