Professional experience
More than 12 years of legal practice in oil and gas, industry and consulting. Began his career at the Lukoil group and later advised major businesses at international Big Four firms.
Within the Gazprom group, supported international projects and M&A transactions in Iran, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Bolivia and Argentina.
Subsequently headed the legal and intellectual property departments of a major Russian technology company with international operations.
Included in The Legal 500 GC Powerlist: Russia 2019. Member of a State Duma expert group on public contracting reform. Master of Laws from Saint Petersburg State University.
