- Import substitution: assessing and deploying Russian drilling and subsea equipment, including field-specific suitability reviews.
- Industrial artificial intelligence: AI agents for engineering workflows, production-data analysis, prediction of drilling problems and equipment failures, and decision-support tools.
- Risk management and process optimisation informed by international operating practice.
Professional experience
More than 15 years in oil and gas, including drilling operations leadership at Shell, BP and Gazprom and international projects in the Middle East.
Worked on subsea well completion for the Sakhalin-3 project using Russian equipment. Certified under the Shell Round 2 international programme (Drilling & Completion).
Develops Industrial AI solutions for engineering and production, including data analytics, document automation and decision-support systems. Pursues a PhD research project at the intersection of AI and petroleum engineering. Project geography includes the Middle East, Saint Petersburg, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Tyumen.
