关于项目
项目拟开发适用于陆上、北极及海上天然气井建设的俄罗斯国产系列化整体式套管头。其目标是减少井口作业，提高密封性能与作业安全性。
VTOA 集群已与潜在客户和运营单位共同开展工程技术及市场调研。根据实际天然气井的井身结构，确定了四种基本配置，并选出优先开发的产品。包括部分井口作业有望缩短数天在内的测算效果，仍须通过试验验证。
当前任务是组建覆盖研发设计、样机制造、试验和批量生产的合作体系。项目正在邀请有意投资并组织生产的产业合作伙伴，设计机构和试验机构也可参与。

The Cluster initiates contact with oil and gas operators, helps the developer clarify requirements and organises technical meetings.
